I just had the best spa treatment I've ever had and I've been to a lot of them globally. Valerie is an amazing person. She took time to understand what my needs were and customized my treatments accordingly. She also sequenced them for the best experience. I have never had an LED extraction, I don't think I'll ever go back to the regular extractions. This was so much gentler and more effective for my skin. My entire body is baby soft and she also identified some eczema that I'll be looking into.
I learned a lot throughout the few hours I spent with her too. Definitely the best present I could give myself was this time with Valerie. I'm so thankful.

If I could give Valerie 100 stars I would. She is literally (LITERALLY) the best bodyworker in the entire world that I have ever experienced. She not only is a master of the craft itself, with accurate pressure and deep breathing techniques to release really persistent knots, but she also is incredibly intuitive and able to determine what areas of tension are compensating for other problem areas on the body. She's also just a lovely positive human. I always leave her treatments feeling lighter and happier.

Valerie was a huge help following double hip replacement. My IT band was super tight causing my back to seize-up which in turn inhibited my recovery. Valerie & I spoke at length on the phone prior to my appointment to understand my surgical history & craft a message plan. During the massage Valerie consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable. Following the massage, gave me advice on how to stand & walk so my gate was even. I enjoyed a great massage! really felt a pain relief, you will receive a treatment that is changing your ergonomics. Also different breathing methods are applied during the massage - definitely recommend going there!
